COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Getting started is simple! Just book a free No Sweat Intro with a coach and talk about your goals, your experience, and the best path forward. From there, we’ll guide you through our personalized onboarding process to ensure you feel confident, safe, and supported every step of the way.

Your first few sessions will be part of your custom onboarding. During these sessions, your coach will teach you essential movements, assess your fitness level, and begin tailoring a plan to your goals. You’ll also get an introduction to our class structure and what to expect, so you can transition into group sessions with confidence and clarity.

Not at all. We scale every workout to your fitness level, and your starting point doesn’t matter-just your willingness to show up.

Our coaching staff is trained to modify workouts based on your needs.

Our current facility is located at the corner of Wells Road and 250 N in the industrial park.
